+ What different modes of payment do you have?
We have a cash option where payment is made within 30 days. We also have an installment option of up to 12 months.
+ When can I come see the plots?
We have site visits every Saturday. We meet at 9:30am KTDA Plaza. Prior booking is required for logistical purposes.
+ Can we buy as a group/chama or a company?
Yes you can. For a group/chama, during documentation, you will select two trustees who can be your representatives and we will also require your registration certificate. For a company, sealed documentation for the company and directors will be required.
+ How long does Title Processing Take?
Title deeds issuance takes 3 to 6 months after full completion of payment.
+ Can someone Outside the Country buy a plot?
Yes, people outside the country can buy our plots. You can select your preferred plot then we shall book it for you. We then give you our company account details where you can wire the payment. You then give us your details as you would like the title to appear when transferred to you. We process the titles within 3 to 10 months after payment is done. When the title is ready, you can either write to us instructing us to issue the title deed to your family member or your lawyer or alternatively we ship/mail it to you.
