The land is situated 14 km from Nanyuki town along the Nanyuki Doldol road and is 260 metres off the tarmac road. The land is at Jua Kali trading centre and borders the British army residence. Access from the tarmac road is on a 12 metre wide murram road which ends at the British army residence. The land value has appreciated significantly due to the value addition done at Phase 3 and also the multi-billion real estate investments being under-taken by other companies and housing Saccos. Water and electricity are available at the site.
