During the 2012 Annual Delegates Meeting held on 24th March 2012, the delegates approved the incorporation of Chai Diamond Investment Ltd, a subsidiary company of Chai Sacco Society Ltd.

1.) Real Estate Investments
Investments into various real estate projects

2. ) Chai Soft Business:
The company will be developing Sacco software Sytem for sale to other Saccos.

3. ) Agency Business
The company will partner with Financial and Insuarance companies to sell financial Products

4.) Money and capital Investment
The company will be investing funds in the money market to maximise shareholder returns.
